Lisa here, the newest additon to the Inphorm/Adworkshop team.
We’ve landed here, our new online home. Get excited.

You can find us in the flesh: here.
Having recently relocated I’ve been enjoying all sorts of Adirondack park “adventures”. Which reminds me of just last evening (how ironic!) when a few colleagues and I decided to hike pitchoff mountain. About halfway up we started to tire. Upon reaching the vista we hung out for about an hour enjoying the beauty and our extremely healthy snacks, without a care in the world.
7:00pm rolled around, and it got dark, fast.
As soon as my headlamp was perfectly placed, we were off. I’d like to stop here and say this doesn’t turn into a “blair witch” scenario. But about five minutes down we were startled by some serious noise.
So this is the part where I proceed to become scared, very scared.
The only gentlemen in our clan instructed us to “FIND STICKS AND STAY TIGHT”. Oh and to speak deeply. Sure, no problem. I was so spooked I would’ve started juggling if he said this was an appropriate technique.
We booked it. I’m told the distinct “yipping” we heard could have been from “coydogs”, but we’re leaning towards a mean toothed, scary wolf pack. After all, this park is 6 million acres, am I right? What once was a carefree evening turned into a clumsy hike back down that felt like forever, in a good way.
So, here I sit, a survivor of sorts- with the scrapes to prove.
Lesson learned? Sure, I guess. Either way, I’m so ready to do it again.
